It is a dream destination, wonderful, spotlessly clean and luxurious rooms. But the most important thing was the staff, who were always at our disposal, they were very respectful and attentive. Beautiful as it describes. Soft as it sounds. Sweet as it tastes.I appreciate the Negrense culture, the food, the vibe, the breeze, the surroundings, the magic, and the charm. The interior of Manami describes the name itself as exceptional, it is mostly made by Negrense hands. The place is quite relaxing and full of fascination. The Negrense are very welcoming, they are quite amicable and they help us a lot to understand their culture and some traditions. In our four days of stay, we savor the moment of being a Negrense, their soft voice helps us to relax. Their tone is pleasing to our ears in contrast to what we grew up in Cavite, thunderous but not angry. Overall, everything is out of the ordinary except for a few things. First, it is quite far from the airport, both from Bacolod and Dumaguete. It is nestled at the center of the two highly urbanized cities in the Western Visayas, with 4-5 hours of travel time. The beachfront is quite small. The water is clear but there is a lot of seagrass but they manage to clean the shore from time to time. Lastly, it is overrated and quite pricey compared to other resorts.Ronald KwokApril 9, 2024The kind of place where once you're inside you don't want to leave anymore! Room was absolutely cozy, the main clubhouse with the dining area has one of the best lay-outs we've ever seen too! Beside the clubhouse is the Batcave where you can do some spelunking, very doable even for beginners since it's only approximately 200m - most folks won't have much of a problem going thru it! The resident peacocks all love to show off - always showcasing their feathers to guests! Manami is on a cove and the beach was actually naturally grassy - kayaking further away to the floating cottage reveals a cliff underwater to 20-30ft where you can find batfish and lots of other marine life - even squid! Perfect sunset views for that infinity pool view 🥰 Manami is easily part of our top 5 resorts in the Philippines too - nice rooms, being able to swim out at sea with the floating cottage and good food too! They also add a touch of Negros with their hiligaynon term named areas. All in all the place is 100% worth its price. Real paradise, the privacy, the attention from the staff went above and beyond. The view of the sunset was mesmerizing. The food was exquisite. The staffs were so friendly. Loved the interior design of the resort. The room was so cozy, from the balcony we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. Truly a manami experience!
